3 Hot Doria to Warm up your Winter

You have the choice between more than 30 pasta dishes and pair menu sets.

One of them is the “Daily Doria Lunch” changing almost every day.

Doria is tightly packed in a heat-resistant ramekin with a diameter of about 15 cm.
The creamy yet not-too-heavy white sauce is spilling from the sides.

In Higashikagura, a town next to Asahikawa, there is an employment support facility for people with disabilities called “Yui Yui Honpo”.
People with disabilities are happily working here.

Here, you can enjoy dishes and sweets made with local farmers' agricultural produces and home grown vegetables.

Among Yui Yui Honpo’s dishes, our writer’s most favorite one is the “Hamburg Doria”.

The two bright green broccoli placed just between the two round mini-hamburgers looked very cute !
There is also a nice contrast with the yellow rice (probably turmeric rice).

The white sauce is light and milky.
Even if they are small, the two hamburgers you will make your stomach full quite easily.

Recently, a new dish named “Dam Curry” has been released.
Inspired from the Chubetsu Dam, it looks volumey and yummy.
