This shop is located on the basement floor of Feeeal Asahikawa.
The shop offers a wide choice of oyaki, from sweet oyaki to savoury, salty ham & egg oyaki. From normal to the most “weird” flavours, this shop is always innovating which is its main characteristic.
It's a great place to buy oyakis, as the portions are large and delicious.
The oyaki featured here is a matcha green tea cream-filled, matcha oyaki. ♪
Oyaki (green tea cream)/150yen

Filled up with a colourful cream the knife became really, really dirty when our writer cut the oyaki in half as the cream got on the blade.
As first, the cream wasn't that bitter. Matcha’s bitterness comes with the aftertaste.
The cream is soft and goes well with the chewy dough.
The sweet dough is also delicious and does not interfere with the matcha’s bitterness!
A whole oyaki is quite large, so if you are a small eater or simply not that hungry, you may want to split it in half to share with a friend. Or to put the other half in your refrigerator for later.
Oh and don’t forget to try it with the savoury oyaki too! Those oyaki are not something you find everywhere !

Kashi no Mori
This is the best cake shop in Midorimachi.
Our reporter often goes there because it's in his neighbourhood. He often drops by after work because of the great quality for its small price.
Matcha Tiramisu / 460 yen

What surprised our author first, was the container.
Made in ceramic, you can reuse it after eating your sweet.
The surface of the tiramisu is covered with matcha powder.
The whole thing is sweet, but not heavy. Our writer didn’t have any trouble to finish his dessert.
The cream cheese was sweet, but the bitterness of the matcha green tea powder managed to eliminate some sweetness out of the dessert, resulting in a well-balanced bittersweet delicacy.
By the way, the tiramisu is layered like this:
From top to bottom: matcha powder, matcha cream, cream cheese, matcha sponge & cream, cream cheese.
If you like the combination of bitterness and sweetness, this is the perfect sweet for you.

The name of the cake is cute ♪
Matcha, chocolate, sponge cake and caramel!
Matcha and caramel are rarely put together, we wonder what this cake will taste like !
This gorgeous cake has a mousse-like chocolate cream stuffed between the matcha cream.
Caramel is delicious, but tends to be a bit heavy due to its sweetness. However, this time again, the bitterness of the matcha lightens the sweet making the little cake easy to eat!
This is the so-called “bittersweet” !
The sweet is really satisfying.
Oh and the topping is very pretty !
